Food fab, quick delivery, what's not to like?

Food was a bit cold when we got home. We live 4 mins from the take away. I think ordering online is pointless as the food is made too early to our pick up time, and is not sufficiently kept warm. We will just order in person next time

Ordered online Took over 2 hours for delivery Chips were bad and pizza was ok Kebab much smaller than last time Not consistent which is a shame because when it’s good it’s good Twice now delivery was poor for us!

First time ordering food, downloaded app for the first time and didn’t received a discount code as promised on website. Delivery time on app said 40 minutes, phoned after 50 minutes as app said order had been delivered - didn’t receive explanation as to why food not received was told it could be another 20mins,. Received food 1 hour 10 minutes after ordering. Food was good and fish was nice and crispy.

Our order was missing a few things that I had paid for. Single 10" Margarita pizza came instead with halipinos, chicken, sausage and peperoni. My 4yr old was not happy as appears we got someone else's order. My king kebab came with no chilly sauce, no garlic sauce and no salad. Must have been someone else order perhaps.
